They walk through the candidate application process, explain how our recruiters find the right the position for you, and give an overview of the interview process.

Ken and Josh also point out the importance of Social Media in the job search process, including what sites to represent yourself on and what feeds will best point you towards finding your ideal job.  Josh closes out the show with some of the current red hot job openings available through Onward Search and hints at some of the careers that are on the horizon.
