Josh Gampel, our VP of Staffing, wrote a great article today for Search Engine Journal titled, 3 Questions to Help You Plan Your Search Marketing Career.

In the article, Josh discusses how he has advised people looking for career guidance.  For everyone that asks him career advice, Josh asks these three questions.

  1. Do you feel you are stronger with the analytics and data side of search, the creative side, or are you fairly well balanced between the two?
  2. Do you feel like you are an effective communicator?
  3. Where do you want your career to go?

Based on the answers Josh receives from these questions, he is able to direct search marketing professionals in a way that helps strengthen and boost their careers.
