Onward Search Announces Education Reimbursement Program

Today we are proud to announce the beginning of our education reimbursement program.

We are very excited to start this program after all the candidates we have spoken to who mentioned cost as the main reason they had neglected taking certification exams.  This program will allow anyone working with Onward Search to earn up $1200 each year in education reimbursement.  For every three months a professional works with Onward, they will earn $300 towards education reimbursement, up to $1200 per year.  These funds will be able to be used towards certification programs (SEMPO Institute, DMA, Bruce Clay), conferences/expos (SMX, SES, PubCon) or any other events/programs that would promote career development.

Professionals who take advantage of the program will now be able to receive the credentialing that many hiring managers are looking for.  This program will allow more professionals to develop a strong foundation in the industry in order to promote its growth in the future.

We have talked about launching this program for a while and I'm excited we are getting it off the ground today.  I'm hoping it is a big success and paves the way for many more people to enter and contribute to the search marketing industry.
